Refund and cancellation terms for Comfort Group LLC digital services.
Our Commitment
Comfort Group LLC provides ecommerce, web development, integration, optimization, and maintenance services. If a purchase or project concern comes up, contact us first so we can review the scope, work status, and available resolution options.
Refund Eligibility
Refund eligibility depends on the service type, approved scope, milestone status, and work already completed. Services not yet started may be eligible for cancellation review. Work in progress may be eligible for a prorated review based on completed and remaining work.
Non-Refundable Items
Completed custom development work that matches the approved scope, attended consultation calls, fully delivered services, third-party licenses, hosting, plugins, processor fees, and vendor charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or vendor policy.
Request Process
Email hello@comfortgroup.cc with your order or invoice number, the service purchased, the reason for the refund request, and any relevant project details. We review requests using invoices, written approvals, scope records, delivery evidence, and communication history.
Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are generally submitted to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Banks, card networks, and payment processors may take additional time to post the funds.
Defective or Misrepresented Services
If a delivered service materially fails to match the approved scope or contains a verified delivery defect, we may provide correction, replacement work, a partial refund, or a full refund when correction is not practical.
Chargebacks and Disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most billing or delivery concerns can be resolved faster through direct review. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension or cancellation of active work.
Subscriptions and Ongoing Services
For recurring or ongoing service plans, cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the billing cycle, notice period, and unused portion of the service term. Prorated refunds may apply when specified in the service agreement.
Third-Party Services
Refunds for third-party platforms, payment processors, software, plugins, hosting, APIs, and vendor tools are subject to those providers policies. Comfort Group LLC can help coordinate where practical, but provider fees may not be recoverable.
