Scope of Services

Comfort Group LLC provides digital services including web development, ecommerce setup, payment gateway integration, cloud deployment, performance optimization, SEO, maintenance, and related consulting. No physical goods are shipped unless explicitly stated in writing.

Project Start and Onboarding

Work begins after order confirmation, scope approval, and receipt of required onboarding materials. Clients may need to provide brand assets, technical access, content, credentials, project requirements, and decision-maker approvals.

Milestone-Based Delivery

Projects may be delivered in phases with review checkpoints, revision windows, and approval steps. Moving to the next phase may require completion or approval of the current phase.

Revisions and Change Requests

Included revisions depend on the service package or project agreement. Additional requests, new features, changed requirements, or expanded scope may require a change order or updated quote.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for timely feedback, accurate information, valid rights to provided materials, and maintaining access to third-party accounts used for delivery. Delayed inputs may shift delivery timelines.

Delays and Dependencies

Delivery dates may change due to platform outages, missing client materials, payment delays, third-party provider issues, API limitations, plugin conflicts, or other dependencies outside our direct control.

Completion and Handover

Final delivery may include implemented work, documentation, source files, access transition details, deployment notes, or handover instructions as applicable to the approved scope.

Support Availability

Support and delivery communications are handled during business hours. Response times vary by service plan, urgency, active workload, and project priority.
